Rita, Yi Man Li received her degree from the University of Hong Kong. She is currently a Teacher at the Department of Economics and Finance, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, and is also the director of the Sustainable Real Estate Research Center and HKSYU Real Estate and Economics Research Lab at the same institution.
李绮雯，毕业于香港大学。她目前是香港树仁大学经济金融系教师，同时担任可持续房地产研究中心主任、房地产经济实验室主任。
